If you have been exposed to COVID-19, health care professionals suggest that you sanitize your whole body immediately. They also suggest sanitizing the clothing you were wearing as you don’t know what may have gotten on to your clothes including glasses, watch, jewelry, belt, shoes, socks, headbands, hats, scarves, or anything else you were wearing.

Some health care professionals suggest you irrigate your sinuses because coronaviruses incubate in the sinuses and throat for which you could use a neti pot, a sinus irrigation device or a nasal spray with saline that will flush the sinuses. Be sure if you are making your own saline for sinus flush that you use distilled water to avoid irritating the sinuses with chemicals. It is also suggested to gargle with a warm saline solution which would help clear the throat. Some salines have additives like XLear that has Xylitol which has antiviral properties and may be better than just saline. Health care professionals also suggest adding Argentum23 Physician’s Strength Colloidal Silver or Sovereign Silver which have antiviral properties can also flush out sinus and throat virus and bacteria. Since it may take up to 14 days for the symptoms of COVID-19 to show, their suggestion is sinus irrigation and gargling a minimum of twice a day for 14 days.

If you have been exposed then following Dr. Mercola’s recommendation in his article on High Heat May Kill the Coronavirus and use the heat of a sauna, near or far infrared, three times a week for a minimum of two weeks could help to kill the virus.

From Orthomolecular News Service, Jan 26, 2020, “the coronavirus pandemic can be dramatically slowed, or stopped, with the immediate widespread use of high doses of vitamin C.” They suggest increasing your vitamin C level to 3000 mg or more daily in divided doses.

Dr. Lee Cowden (ACIM) directs to”take oral vitamin C ascorbic acid or magnesium ascorbate starting with 2000 mg in adults and every 2 hours increase the dose by 2000 mg to bowel tolerance (having somewhat loose bowels between 3-4 times a day). But if that causes pink or reddish urine, stop the vitamin C dose until the serum G6PD can be verified [by a physician] to be normal (children take proportionally less vitamin C per dose based on body weight but still increase the dose by the starting dose every 2 hours)” (quoted from the Antiviral Treatment list that Dr. Cowden sent to me.)
